For example:
MESSAGE READS: Safari could not open the page http://198.96.86.36:16080/~graf2024_025/Week05/up_trigger.html because the server stopped responding.

SOLUTION: Remove the port number :16080 from the url.
Use: http://198.96.86.36/~graf2024_025/Week05/up_trigger.html.
***** Be sure all the hyperlinks ( NAV BAR links) do not include the port number :16080.
